​1. Service Policy
​Instantly Solution provides doorstep repair and maintenance services for home appliances in Gurgaon and nearby regions.
​Our technicians will inspect the appliance and provide an estimated cost before starting the work.
​2. Warranty & Liability
​We provide a 30-day warranty on the specific repairs performed by our team.
​The warranty does not cover any external damage, mishandling, or issues arising in parts not replaced/serviced by us.
​We are an independent service provider and are not liable for any manufacturer-related technical defects.
​3. Payments
​Payments must be made immediately after the service is completed.
​We accept payments via Cash, UPI, and Credit/Debit cards as mentioned on our website.
​4. Cancellation & Visiting Charges
​Customers can cancel or reschedule the service call at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
​If our technician visits the site and the customer cancels the service, a nominal Visiting Charge will be applicable.
​5. Independent Service Provider
​Instantly Solution is an independent multi-brand service center. We are not an authorized service partner of brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, etc., unless specifically mentioned. We use high-quality compatible parts for all repairs.
​6. Changes to Terms
​We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
